Terms of Service

This Terms of Service ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Beijing Xingyuxing Technology Co., Ltd ("XYX Technology"). By accessing our services, applications, or website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Business Models & Cooperation
XYX Technology operates as a diversified global mobile technology provider. Our primary business cooperation modes include:
- Project Operation Outsourcing: We provide professional lifecycle management, global marketing, and user operations for third-party mobile applications and games. All operational activities are governed by separate Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Project R&D Outsourcing: We offer customized technical research and development services, including architecture design, front-end/back-end development, and cross-platform porting. Intellectual property (IP) rights for such projects are defined in specific R&D contracts.
- Self-developed Operations: We develop and operate proprietary mobile products. Users of these products are subject to the specific EULA (End User License Agreement) provided within each application.
2. Monetization & Payment Terms
Our services may integrate multiple monetization models, including in-app subscriptions, virtual item sales, premium VIP functions, and advertising. All financial transactions are processed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Users must comply with the payment policies of these respective platforms.
3. Global Platform Compliance
Users and partners agree to maintain compliance with the developer policies of the distribution platforms (Google Play Developer Program and Apple App Store Review Guidelines). Any violation of platform policies that results from user misuse may lead to immediate termination of access to our services.
4. User Rights & Responsibilities
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any XYX Technology software.
5. Intellectual Property (IP)
All trademarks, logos, source code, graphics, and original content are the exclusive property of Beijing Xingyuxing Technology Co., Ltd. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited and protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
6. Legal Dispute Resolution
XYX Technology is committed to resolving disputes amicably and professionally. In the event of a conflict:
- Governing Law: This Agreement and any dispute arising out of or related to it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
- Amicable Settlement: Parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through friendly negotiation for a period of at least 30 days.
- Jurisdiction: If a resolution cannot be reached via negotiation, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the People's Court of Miyun District, Beijing, China.
- Legal Fees: In the event of litigation, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees and costs.
